How do I get stubborn stains out of my carpet?
For fresh spills, act fast! Gently blot (never rub!) the liquid using a clean, white microfibre towel or paper towel, working from the outside of the stain inward. Avoid harsh grocery store spotters, as these can set the stain permanently or damage carpet fibres.
For deep, dried, or stubborn stains like wine, pet accidents, or coffee, professional heat extraction is required. Our high-temperature, truck-mounted steam system dissolves and safely extracts the stain without damaging your carpet fibres.
Why won't the stain come out even after I've tried cleaning it myself?
Older or set-in stains often require hot-water extraction to fully lift dirt and residue from deep within the carpet fibres, something DIY spot cleaning simply can't achieve. Truck-mounted steam cleaning reaches deeper than home methods or rental machines, restoring carpets without leaving behind soapy residue that attracts more dirt.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a professional carpet clean every 6–12 months to extend the life of the carpet and maintain a healthy indoor environment, especially in households with kids, pets, or allergy sufferers.

How long will my carpets take to dry?
Thanks to our heavy-duty truck-mounted extraction system, your carpets will be dry enough to walk on straight away! Because our machine extracts almost all residual moisture, the carpets will usually dry completely within 2 to 4 hours (depending on weather and ventilation), compared to 12–24 hours with portable machines.
